At the moment there are still approx. 80 hectares available for development.

The plan shows the individual plots of land, which can still be subdivided variably:

• total area of industrial estate: 156 ha
• area of first construction phase: 48 ha
• free area in the first construction phase: 6 ha
• free area in the second construction phase: 39 ha
• area of third construction phase: 24 ha
• area of fourth construction phase: 13 ha
• area of fifth construction phase: 32 ha
